Rates: Muddy Moose charges one flat nightly, weekly or seasonal rate per cabin. There is a maximum number of occupants which must be adhered to. A two night minimum is required on weekends and holidays. Rates vary based on time of year. All rates exclude a 9% Vermont lodging tax. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash and traveller's checks.

Deposits: A credit card deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. For stays 5 days or less, a deposit equal to one night's stay is required. For stays over 5 days, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required.

Cancellations: Should you cancel 14 days or more prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Should you cancel with less than 14 days notification your deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended and available at the time you make the reservation.

Check-in: 3pm to 7pm. Late check-in available with prior arrangement.

Check-out: 11am

Children: Muddy Moose is the perfect place for children of all ages. For their safety, we do require that they be supervised at all times.

Pets: We are a dog friendly facility. There is an additional nightly fee of $15/dog with a two dog maximum. Dogs are expected to be well mannered and leashed when in the common areas. Dogs are not permitted in the Moose Barn. Owners are expected to pick up after their dogs(s) and control their dog(s) at all times.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at Muddy Moose.
